Are you ready to inspire the next generation of professionals? At HTP Apprenticeship College, we need an additional person to join our team to support the Health & Social Care programmes, and we’re looking for someone passionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference.
About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding position, combining knowledge-based coaching, workplace assessment, and delivering engaging training sessions (both in-person and online). You’ll support apprentices studying programmes at Levels 2, 3 & 5 in Health and Social Care whilst embedding functional skills. You’ll play a vital role in guiding learners through their journey, helping them gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Vacancies are full time permanent positions of 37 hours per week. Part-time positions of a minimum of 4 days / 30 hours would be considered.
What we’re looking for:
· Relevant industry experience: Ideally at supervisory or management level in the Adult Health Care Sector. You must have experience of caregiving as an adult caregiver or healthcare assistant / professional or similar. These roles will be used to working in hospitals, Care homes or domiciliary care. You will have knowledge of Important Principles and Policies in Health and Social Care Work and an understanding legal, professional standards of practice and ethical aspects of health care.
· Passion for supporting others: A commitment to helping apprentices thrive in their roles.
· Great communication and organisation: You’re confident working independently and building relationships with learners and employers.
· Transport: You’ll need access to your own vehicle to visit workplaces.
· Maths and English: A good academic level of both Maths and English (minimum GCSE Grade C or 4 or equivalent) to enable you to support apprentices.
· Motivation: You should thrive in a results-driven environment.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience or qualifications in assessing, verifying, or teaching would be an advantage. However, if you’re eager to learn and determined to succeed, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to gain these qualifications.

Hours of Work:
· Monday to Thursday: 9am–5pm
· Friday: 9am–4:30pm
