Chatterbox Childcare is seeking passionate practitioner to join our growing team. We have a full-time position available within either our Baby Department or Preschool.
Requirements: Applicants should ideally hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare. However, candidates with a Level 2 qualification and significant, relevant experience will also be considered. A sound working knowledge and practical experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential to ensure our children receive the highest standard of early education.
The Roles:
- Baby Department: You will provide a happy, loving, and homely environment for our youngest children (6 weeks to 2 years), supporting their first milestones and following their individual home routines.
- Preschool: You will help prepare children (2 to 5 years) for their transition to primary school through a balance of structured learning and play, including phonics, expressive arts, and outdoor exploration.
About Chatterbox: Chatterbox is a privately run early education provision for children from birth to five years. Located in a large Georgian house in Melville Street, Ryde, the setting is spread over three floors, providing twelve individual rooms. This unique layout gives the children large social spaces while offering dedicated areas for smaller group activities.

We are open 52 weeks a year from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Freshly cooked food and snacks are provided by the cook and at the end of every day the cleaner comes in to make sure the setting is kept clean.
