Early Years Practitioner - Fun to Learn

Due to increasing numbers across the setting we are looking to recruit two experienced and caring Early Years Childcare Practitioners to join our friendly Under 3's team as soon as possible.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, motivated and knowledgeable practitioners who bring energy, personality and passion into everything they do. 

We are looking for people who aren't afraid to get stuck in, use their initiative and bring new ideas to the team. Applicants must be proactive, approachable, full of enthusiasm and can engage children through play and make every day exciting for them. 

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have a positive attitude, work well as part of a team and genuinely love making a positive difference to children's lives. 

There is flexibility for the positions to be full time or part time but applicants must be able to work all year round and be flexible to work additional hours to cover staff absences or holidays. We are open from 7.45 p.m. to 5.45 p.m. and the role will involve a mix of early starts and/or late finishes.

 Applicants must also have;

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification 
• Enhanced DBS check 
• Suitable references
• Experience working with Under 3's
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• A good knowledge of child development and how children learn
• A good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding policies and procedures
• The ability to work as part of a team 
• A willingness to continue professional development.
