HISP MAT are looking to appoint reliable, organised and vigilant individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators across our Isle of Wight schools (Medina (Inc the Island VI Form) & Carisbrooke, supporting the smooth and professional running of both internal and external examinations. Working under the direction of the Examinations Officer and Senior Invigilator, you will help ensure that exams are conducted in line with school procedures and awarding body regulations. Duties include preparing exam rooms, distributing and collecting papers, supervising students, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and supporting arrangements for students with special educational needs. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a calm and confident manner, and a commitment to upholding the school’s values and safeguarding standards. Full training will be provided.
