We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated individual to join our welcoming EYFS team. The role involves supporting children’s learning within our preschool, with occasional support in Year R when needed.

Our recent visit from DfE representatives highlighted our commitment to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning from the very start of each child’s education. They praised our engaging learning environments and the dedication of our passionate team.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has a solid background in Early Years education
  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification and Level 2 Maths/English
  • Ideally has a paediatric first aid qualification (or is willing to complete training)
  • Is passionate about delivering a high-quality early years experience for our Ryde community
