We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming preschool room. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment for both our children and our team, where everyone feels valued, respected and appreciated.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Create fun, engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and support each child's individual learning and development.
- Help maintain a safe, happy and inspiring learning environment.
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all children.
- Work as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working in an early years setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A caring, positive and reliable attitude.
