Are you passionate about inspiring young children and making a difference every day?

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming preschool room. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment for both our children and our team, where everyone feels valued, respected and appreciated.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Create fun, engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and support each child's individual learning and development.
• Help maintain a safe, happy and inspiring learning environment.
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all children.
• Work as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A caring, positive and reliable attitude.
