The Bay CE School is a successful and inclusive all-through school. We believe in the potential of every child and are dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where all learners can thrive.
In September 2025 we are opening a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at our primary site for pupils with Cognition and Learning needs. The SRP will have its own classroom, providing a welcoming, safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children who need support at a higher level than the mainstream classroom.

Do you have?
- experience of teaching pupils with SEND
- a deep understanding of different learning needs, including ASC, ADHD and other developmental or learning difficulties
- the ability to work with individuals and/or groups creating a warm and safe environment where children can thrive
- patience, empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- a commitment to inclusion
- excellent communication skills
