Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and shaping the future of Creative education? Medina College is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Teacher of Creative and Technology to join our dedicated team, to start with us in September 2026.

About Us - Medina college, on the historic and beautiful Isle of Wight, is located over two sites: our 11- 16 site on the outskirts of Newport, and the post 16 site, The Island VI Form, in the town centre.

As part of our dynamic Creative Technology department, you will play a key role in delivering an ambitious curriculum that equips pupils with the creative, technical, and critical skills to thrive in the arts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of Creative Arts and Technology.

  • Monitor and support pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and promote academic success.

  • Actively contribute to our inclusive school ethos and positive learning environment.

  • Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in Creative Arts and Technology  or a related subject.

  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current educational developments.

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching.
