Hours - 39 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with the requirements of the role to include supporting College wide events
About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to shape the future of our apprenticeship and vocational programmes. In this pivotal role, you’ll work collaboratively with employers, staff, and stakeholders to design, develop, and manage high-quality apprenticeship provision. You’ll lead with purpose, ensuring inclusive learning, outstanding achievement, and progression for every learner.
As Teaching and Learning Manager for Apprenticeships, you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of inclusive, responsive, and high-impact curriculum pathways that meet the evolving needs of learners, employers, and the wider community.
Who we're looking for
A passionate educator and strategic thinker with experience in apprenticeship delivery, who is
· a collaborative leader who empowers teams and drives continuous improvement;
· someone who thrives in a fast-paced, apprentice/employer-centred environment;
· is a champion of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion;
· holds either a PGCE or CertEd and has a minimum Level 3 qualification within a relevant educational error for the role
· has extensive knowledge of working in a student focused environment leading to outstanding learner experiences within education.
