We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and team-orientated individual to join our team at Isle of Wight College as Team Administrator. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the stands of our educational offerings.
About The Role:
As the Team Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team, as the role will see you carrying out a full range of activities to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will provide administrative support to all members of the Quality team through a variety of different ways; this can include having to respond to queries and changes at very short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Team Administrator, some of your responsibilities will be to:
· Support the collection and reporting processes for all student progression and destination data, including analysis in readiness for reporting. This involves contacting students through a variety of methods including by telephone, email or face-to-face and liaising with curriculum areas
· Provide administrative support, as required, to the Lead for Quality Assurance and Improvement
· Carry out general clerical duties including filing, minute taking, organisation of meetings and routine correspondence
· Ensure that data entry onto Quality documents and related databases is timely and accurate
· Assist members of the quality team in the preparation, planning and running of deep dives, audit related activities and external quality reviews both with internal and external staff, ensuring that the documentation is supplied as appropriate and in a timely manner
· Ensure the processing and storage of all student and quality data and supporting documentation is compliant with College policies and procedures
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Hold Level 2 Qualifications in English and Maths (Level 2 Qualifications include GCSE grade A*-C, a pass at ‘O’ Level)
· Hold a minimum Level 2 in Business Administration
· Strong ability to use Microsoft Excel and other Office products
· An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, all while securing positive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person, via email and on the phone
