We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team, delivering outstanding technical support to customers around the world. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, resolving complex issues, installing products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role involves frequent international travel, ranging from one to four weeks per month, often working independently on customer sites.
When not travelling, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers remotely and working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for our products, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Carry out product installations, warranty assessments, and support return/exchange processes.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.

  • Help build self-help materials and guides to empower customers.

  • Act as the first line of support by monitoring our support inbox, ensuring timely and helpful responses.

  • Work closely with the office-based team to plan, prepare, and document support activities.

  • Share technical updates with partners and customers, serving as a key link between the company and the field.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong technical knowledge and experience with marine, industrial, or military equipment is highly desirable.

  • An excellent communicator, able to interpret and diagnose technical issues based on non-technical customer descriptions, and deliver effective remote support.

  • A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working independently and under pressure while on site.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload autonomously—both while travelling and during office-based support periods.

  • A customer-focused mindset with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional service.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a technically driven team that values quality, expertise, and customer satisfaction.

  • Gain exposure to varied and exciting environments, solving real-world challenges on a global scale.
  • Benefit from a balanced role that includes hands-on field work as well as structured, supported time in the office for admin, remote support, and preparation.

  • Private health insurance available

  • Flexible working hours

  • Access to electric car, cycle to work & tech schemes
