We are looking to add to our friendly and professional front of house team.  We have one full-time and two part-time positions available to complete our team.  Ideally you will have had at least two years experience in a bar and/or front of house role in a busy restaurant and bar environment.  Ideally you will have a knowledge of wines, spirits and experience of making cocktails too.

The shift patterns will include weekdays, evenings and weekends on a rolling rota basis and will be up to 40 hours per week for the full time and 24 hours for the part-time.  We do have one position for an experienced mixologist for our new cocktail bar.

We need someone to join the team that can:

Deliver excellent customer care and service and be comfortable to work on their own or as part of a team

Be confident in running a bar service and preparation and service of drinks to the table.

Look after the service areas of front of house to ensure everything is presented in a clean, tidy and professional manner

Be attentive but discreet during service

Work well with colleagues and be able to communicate with the front of house team, kitchen team and other teams within the hotel

Have experience of operating touch tills

Be well presented. reliable and flexible with working hours
