We’re looking for a talented and organised Events Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This exciting role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and events, who loves bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

About the Role:

As our Events Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate functions. From the first enquiry to the big day itself, you’ll guide clients through the planning process, ensure every detail is covered, and deliver events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling event enquiries and show-rounds.
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their vision.
• Preparing event proposals, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordinating with hotel departments to deliver seamless events.
• Overseeing set-up and being present during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Supporting the wider team with promotional activity and networking.

About You:

• Previous experience in event management, preferably in hospitality or weddings.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when events require.
