Carers required for Evenings (3:30pm till 10pm) - Alternate weekends required

What we expect from you

• Compassion, Reliability and a Caring Nature - no experience necessary, just the right attitude
• Agree to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks
• Availability to start at approx 3:30pm for evening shifts
• A full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Available Hours

• 16 - 30 hours, part-time and full time positions (Bank positions also available for the right candidate) 
• Alternate weekends required
• Evening shifts 3:30pm - 9.30pm
• Care rounds in Cowes, Newport, Ryde, West Wight and Ventnor

• Promote their independence by enabling their participation in their own care
• Provide person-centred support, which can include Home Help, Companionship, Medication Adminstration and Personal Care - no two clients have the same requirements
• Build strong connections with regular clients - every visit is an opportunity to make a positive difference
