Senior Care Professional – Home Instead Isle of Wight
25 hours per week | Set rounds | Set rota | On-Call allowance

Are you an experienced carer ready for the next step? Home Instead Isle of Wight is looking for a Senior Care Professional to join our friendly team and help us deliver the person-centred care we’re known for.

The role

• 25-hour contract with set rounds and a set rota, so you know where you’re going and who you’re seeing each week
• On-call rota 1 in 6, with additional pay for On-Call duties
• Supporting and mentoring our Care Professionals, including shadowing and introductions to new clients
• Delivering hands-on care to your regular clients, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation and companionship
• Working closely with the office team as a key link between carers, clients and families

What we’re looking for

• Previous care experience, ideally including within domicilary / community care
• Confidence to guide, support and lead by example
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
