SES Autoparts are currently seeking an enthusiastic Parts Adviser to join our team at our Isle of Wight Branch. With over 100 employees across 7 branches, we are continously expanding and providing excellent service to our customers.
Job Role
As a Parts Adviser you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, dealing with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and working with supplier catalogues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to learn new processes quickly. Previous experience working as a Parts Adviser within the motor trade is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and process orders
- Communicate effectively with the teamm customers and suppliers
- Work with supplier catalogues to identify and source parts
- Using computer systems
