We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive – Careers and Leisure (maternity cover) to join UKSA.

As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be part of UKSA's Careers and Leisure division, driving sustainable revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales while supporting the wider commercial strategy.

Accountable for a £4.5m+ revenue target, you will manage the sales pipeline, exceed conversion goals, achieve weekly and quarterly targets, and maximise revenue through accurate forecasting and course-fill management.

You will be a high-performer, customer-focused sales culture, enhancing customer experience, retention, and lifetime value through effective leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Working with the Head of Sales, you will help shape and deliver UKSA's commercial strategy, strengthening brand presence and introducing innovative approaches to lead generation, customer engagement, and the customer journey to support long-term growth and proactively going to market to increase sales and corporate relationships.
