Trainee Property Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours a week – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute break. One Saturday per month in exchange for a day off during the week.
On Call: As part of the role, for one weekend per month during the height of the season, April to October, and one week per month during the low season, you will be on call to handle any issues raised by housekeepers, owners or guests. This will occur on the same weekend you will be in the office on a Saturday as detailed above. For weekends on call you will receive an additional £50 per month and for weekdays on call, you will receive £10 per maintenance issue handled.
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus on call payment.

The Role:
Due to significant growth, Silver Arch Group is recruiting within our property management team. The role is to support our Head of Property Management with coordinating housekeeping/cleaning tasks, maintenance requests and being a point of contact for any questions/queries from our owners.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
· Coordinating holiday let changeovers and private residency cleans.
· Organising any required maintenance. This can include urgent maintenance which a housekeeper or guest has highlighted whilst onsite, planned maintenance work for a refurb project or compliance areas associated with holiday lets.
· Answering calls and responding to emails from owners/clients and supporting them with any questions or queries.
· Answering questions or queries from our housekeeping team and supporting them to be able to carry out their role efficiently.
Please note that annual leave cannot be taken during any school holidays.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
