We are looking for Care and Support Bank Workers to join our dedicated care teams on the Isle of Wight.  As a bank worker you will be expected to respond to the care and support needs of residents, assisting with intimate personal care, maintaining a safe and secure environment, following health and safety requirements and maintaining up to date care plans and risk assessments.

We are looking for bank workers in locations all over the island, including; Ryde, Sandown, Newport, Ventnor & Island-Wide (driver essential).

Ideally you will have previous experience, but if not, show us the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to improve someone’s quality of life and we’ll provide all the training and support you’ll need.  We’ll even help you to study for professional qualifications if that’s what you want to do.
