The Role

We’re looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join our outstanding Outreach Services team. You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of our community services, including medication and Health & Safety audits, CQC compliance, and service user assessments and onboarding. You’ll also support recruitment by interviewing and selecting new team members!

A Bit About You

The ideal candidate will be caring, positive, and a strong team player. You should hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or have equivalent experience as a Person in Charge, Senior, or Manager. A driving licence is essential with the use of company provided vehicles, as required. The role includes on-call duties shared within a small team.
