All Care Isle of Wight are looking for a Coordinator to join our growing team in Newport!
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely matter.
You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Care Assistants and build a good working relationship liaising with other professionals.
Hours required are: Monday-Friday 0900 - 1700, including 1 night in the week on call and every 4th weekend on call (added in due course)
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.
ADVANTAGE - Care experience and co-ordinator experience.
Criteria
- Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and a positive personality
- Experienced in scheduling, coordinating or rota planning
- Experienced in care calls
- Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone
Skills and experience you should have:
- Good literacy skills
- Computer literate
- Administrative experience
- Full driving licence
