About the Role:
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their homes and out in the community. This includes:

• Supporting with daily routines and personal care

• Promoting independence and building life skills

• Enabling individuals to engage in their community, attend appointments, and take part in activities that are meaningful to them

• Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships

• Following care plans and maintaining high standards of care
