Victoria House is a small friendly 20 bed residential care home located in Ryde, we are currently recruiting for a Day Care Assistant to join our friendly team.

We are looking for the right candidate who will be able to work on a set week 1, week 2 rolling rota - working 24 hours a week - contracted. 

As a Day Care Assistant you will be responsible for - 

• Providing day to day care to our residents
• Ensuring the residents needs are met in a person-centred way
• All aspects of personal care
• Completing the necessary daily logs on our digital platform 
• Ensuring residents safety and wellbeing is met
• Working in a team, led by the Senior on shift

The ideal candidate will be organised, self motivated caring individual that likes to help others. 

Previous experience is not necessary, but beneficial.
