Are you an experienced carer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Carers to join our friendly team, working across both day and night shifts in our residential care home.

About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in leading care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will support the management team by ensuring that daily care routines are carried out effectively, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and acting as a point of contact for residents and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on care to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring Care Assistants.
• Administering medication in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate care records and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
• Promoting dignity, choice, and independence for all residents.

About You

We are looking for caring, reliable, and professional individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a care environment, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A genuine commitment to providing person-centred care.
• Medication administration training/experience.
• Flexibility to work across both day and night shifts as required.
