Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and organising care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
- Supervising care staff and supporting their ongoing development
- Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and quality assurance visits
- Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergency care needs
- Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring compliance with care standards and company policies
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties
Desirable:
- Experience using the PASS system
- Previous experience in a supervisory or care coordination role within domiciliary care
