 Join My Team – Support Worker Needed in Shanklin! ??

Hi, I’m Jai ?? I’m 23 and I live in Shanklin with my emotional support dog, Harley. I’m looking for kind, empathetic, and patient people to join my support team – people who will take the time to really get to know me, understand what works for me, and support me to live life on my terms.

Harley’s a big part of my world, so being dog-friendly is a must ???? He needs as much love and care as I do – we’re a team, and I’d love for you to be part of that too.

What I’m looking for in my support team:

• A kind heart and a good sense of humour
• Patience, passion, and a willingness to really listen to me
• Experience with autism and supporting people with anxiety — or a genuine willingness to learn
• A driver would be ideal ?? I have my own car, so this helps me get out and about!
• My shifts can be flexiable, to inlcude sleep in duties full or part time hours. 

The people who work best with me are led by me — they support me to navigate life with my disabilities and health needs, and help me live a full and fun life. I like people who enjoy doing activities, know when to give me a bit of a push, and when I just need someone by my side to understand me.
