We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and person-centred individuals to join our growing team of Support Workers across the Isle of Wight.

?? About the Role
We support children, young people, and adults with a wide range of needs – including learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs, and mental health conditions.
Your role may include:

  • Providing daily living support in the home and community

  • Assisting with personal care and medication (where required)

  • Supporting access to education, work, or leisure activities

  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity

  • Keeping accurate records and working as part of a wider team

We have a variety of roles available including:

  • Waking night shifts

  • Sleep-ins

  • Day support (community and in-home)

  • Children’s complex care roles

  • 1:1 and team-based support work

  • Up to £16.50 per hour depending on shift type and complexity

Various services across the Isle of Wight – including Newport, Sandown, Shanklin, and surrounding areas.

? Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Enhanced rolling DBS (or willing to apply)

  • Willing to complete mandatory training

  • Some roles may require a driver’s license
