About the Role
We are actively recruiting Support Workers for our Just About You (JAY) home help service. Our committed team strives to assist clients in preserving their independence and enjoying comfort in their own homes.
We offer comprehensive support across the Island, customising our services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether it's assisting with shopping, light cleaning, meal preparation, or providing companionship during social outings, our goal is to ensure that clients receive the assistance they require. We focus on collaborating with clients to guarantee they are thoroughly supported.
About You
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A cheerful and engaging personality
- An empathic, patient, and non-judgmental character
- The ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle during your working hours
