Support Workers Wanted – Across All Services
Pay rates from £12.41 – £15.00 per hour (plus enhancements)

We have opportunities available in:

Children’s Team – supporting children and young people with complex needs

Community Team – care in people’s own homes and out in the community

Complex Care Team – working with individuals who have higher support needs

Residential Services – providing daily care in a homely environment
-
Supported Living Services – helping people to live more independently
As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide personal care and day-to-day support tailored to individual needs
-
Encourage independence and celebrate achievements

Build meaningful relationships with the people you support

Take part in fun, creative, and community-based activities
Pay & Benefits:

?? Hourly rates from £12.41 – £15.00 (depending on service and experience)

?? A variety of shifts: days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and wake nights

?? 5.6 weeks annual leave

?? 60p per hour weekend enhancements

? Mileage paid (community roles)

? Consistent rolling rotas for stability

Requirements:

?? Full UK Driving Licence (preferred for community roles)

?? Previous care experience (minimum 1 year)

? Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
