Help Our Students Grow at The Isle of Wight College
Salary: up to £14,247.60 depending on experience
Hours: 16 per week
Holiday: 40 days per annum (pro-rata), plus bank holidays, and given days at Christmas, equating to a minimum of 51 days
Fixed-Term until October 2027

We’re on the hunt for a Horticulture Tutor who can sow enthusiasm, nurture learners, and help our students flourish — whether they’re budding beginners or ready to branch out into specialist skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping students take root in all thing’s horticulture
- Delivering hands-on lessons that are as fresh as newly turned soil
- Cultivating confidence, skill, and industry-ready knowledge
- Keeping learning environments blooming marvellous
- Supporting learners through their growth cycle from “seedling” to “show-ready”
