We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide sound legal advice and representation to clients. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. As a Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the rights and interests of our clients while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and probate including all aspects of private client work associated with these areas.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Experience

• A qualified Lawyer with a valid practising certificate.
• Proven experience in a relevant area of law is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Salary dependent upon experience.
