About the Role
As a Catering Team Leader you’ll be ensuring that our catering outlets are run efficiently and professionally while creating a positive atmosphere and experience for all involved. Whether it’s cooking a delicious BBQ, making up a lavish salad or leading by example by cleaning tables and taking orders, you will be a crucial member of the catering team, meaning we can provide the best service to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of catering staff
- Prep, cook and serve food within our various catering outlets throughout the park.
- Support the daily routines of the outlets.
- Serve customers
- To create a positive environment
- Be customer-facing to deal with any enquiries that the visitors may have
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
- Are 18+
- Can work 5 days during the week as well as weekends
- Has previous chef experience
- Are confident: Do you feel like you are or would be amazing at leading a team?
- Have a positive attitude: Your energy and optimism inspire visitors and teammates alike.
- Are customer-focused: You go out of your way to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
- Are confident and adaptable: You can think on your feet and handle challenges with a calm and proactive approach.
- Have first aid training: We provide training, but previous training is desirable.
