We’re now recruiting for passionate people to join our park team for the 2026 season (March–October). About the Role

As a Catering Team Leader you’ll be ensuring that our catering outlets are run efficiently and professionally while creating a positive atmosphere and experience for all involved. Whether it’s cooking a delicious BBQ, making up a lavish salad or leading by example by cleaning tables and taking orders, you will be a crucial member of the catering team, meaning we can provide the best service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead a small team of catering staff
• Prep, cook and serve food within our various catering outlets throughout the park.
• Support the daily routines of the outlets.
• Serve customers
• To create a positive environment
• Be customer-facing to deal with any enquiries that the visitors may have    

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:

• Are 18+
• Can work 5 days during the week as well as weekends 
• Has previous chef experience
• Are confident: Do you feel like you are or would be amazing at leading a team?
• Have a positive attitude: Your energy and optimism inspire visitors and teammates alike.
• Are customer-focused: You go out of your way to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
• Are confident and adaptable: You can think on your feet and handle challenges with a calm and proactive  approach.
• Have first aid training: We provide training, but previous training is desirable.
