Seasonal Staff Wanted – Cowes Yacht Haven

Part-time | Weekends included

 Looking for a hands-on, outdoorsy, people-facing job by the water this season?

Cowes Yacht Haven is hiring Seasonal Staff to join our busy marina team.

 We’re a vibrant waterfront destination hosting regattas, rallies, day sailors, and events—no two days are the same.

Start Date March/April

Minimum of 16 hours per week to start but increasing as the season gets going.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Marina & Customer Support

·        Allocating and berthing vessels

·        Welcoming and assisting customers

·        Handling enquiries, bookings, and payments

Events & Admin

·        Helping prepare event spaces

·        Supporting clients during events

·        Basic computer-based admin tasks

General Duties

·        Keeping the site safe, clean, and well-presented

·        Following company policies and health & safety standards

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be a great fit if you:

·        Are friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

·        Enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently

·        Are practical, resourceful, and use common sense

·        Have some boating experience and a genuine interest in the marine industry

·        Are confident using IT systems

·        Can work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

·        Are a competent swimmer

TRAINING PROVIDED

Full onsite training will be given—this is a great opportunity to build experience in the marine and events industry.
