Our multi-award-winning company are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. As our Property Maintenance & Lettings Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across both property maintenance and lettings. You’ll be the key link between tenants, landlords, contractors and our lettings team, ensuring a high standard of service and efficient turnaround on all property-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Coordination

Ensure all maintenance issues are managed efficiently and resolved within agreed timeframes

Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to coordinate works

Keep internal systems updated daily with job progress and completion notes

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Property Inspections & Check-Outs

Organise and carry out routine property inspections across our managed portfolio

Conduct check-out inspections, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting

Make sure all legal requirements, safety checks, and certificates are kept up-to-date

Customer Service & Communication

Deliver excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors

Handle phone enquiries, emails and general queries in a professional, timely manner

Proactively update all stakeholders with progress on maintenance and tenancy matters

Lettings Support

Assist with property viewings and prospective tenant registrations

Load applicant and property data into our internal management system

Make proactive calls to generate leads in both maintenance and lettings

Support the team in gaining new business and building strong relationships

Ideal Candidate Will Have
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Experience in property, lettings, or maintenance (preferred but not essential)

A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask
-
Confidence in using property software and Microsoft Office
-
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Saturday work will be required, however when working a Saturday you will have a day off during the week.
