·       Industrial Automation

We collaborate closely with high-profile clients worldwide, developing novel manufacturing processes and delivering turnkey automation solutions for advanced manufacturing.

Every machine is different, giving our engineers the opportunity to solve new problems every day.   Typical projects range from £100,000 development machines through to £1 million production systems for leading aerospace manufacturers.

Why Join Us?

·       Latest Siemens Technology – PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, safety controllers and industrial networking.

·       Hands-on Engineering – Spend time in the workshop building and testing the machines you design.

·       Small, Collaborative Team – Work in an intimate, highly skilled engineering environment where your ideas will genuinely influence our products

·       Competitive Salary & Benefits – Including bonus potential

·       Worldwide Commissioning – Occasionally travel to customer sites to install and commission the machines you've designed and built.

You'll become responsible for the electrical and control systems on our machines, including:

·       Electrical panel design and manufacture

·       Machine wiring and installation

·       PLC software development

·       HMI development

·       Motion control and servo systems

·       Functional safety systems

·       Testing and fault-finding during machine build

·       Customer commissioning and support, both remotely and on-site worldwide

Our machines are predominantly built using Siemens automation technology including:

·       S7-1500 PLCs

·       Unified HMIs

·       S210 servo systems

·       ET200 distributed I/O

·       Safety Integrated

You'll work closely with our mechanical engineers throughout the entire project—from initial concept through to customer acceptance.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you'll have experience in some of the following:

·       Electrical panel design

·       Industrial machine wiring

·       PLC programming

·       Motion control

·       Industrial automation

·       Electrical fault finding and diagnostics

Experience with Siemens equipment would be an advantage, but it's not essential.

More important than experience is attitude.

We seek a curious, self-motivated problem solver who:

·       Loves learning new skills and constantly pushes their abilities.

·       Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with varied challenges.

·       Enjoys researching and experimenting to find the best engineering solutions.

·       Is equally happy writing software or wiring a control panel

·       Likes to get their hands dirty with technical projects

Experience Isn’t Everything!

We'd rather employ someone with enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn than someone who simply ticks every box.

Whether you're an experienced controls engineer or a graduate with the right attitude, we'll invest in helping you become an exceptional automation engineer.

If you’re the type of person who asks "why" and "how" about everything, we want to hear from you!

Ready to take on exciting challenges? If you want to design, build and commission machines that have never existed before, we’d love to hear from you.  Apply today and help shape the future of automation!
