Simply Jaspers is a family-run, Isle of Wight business producing premium natural pet food. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production & Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our warehouse and production facility, helping to prepare products, fulfil customer orders and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Weighing and bagging pet food products
- Packing customer and trade orders accurately and efficiently
- Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Picking stock for orders
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Maintaining stock levels and keeping the warehouse organised
- Carrying out quality checks on products and packaging
- Operating packing equipment safely (training provided where required)
- Keeping the warehouse and production areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures at all times
About You
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
