The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who can drive performance, inspire teams, and harness innovation, including AI-powered solutions, to take our factory operations to the next level.
As our Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the physical production line, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, every time. You’ll lead from the front; shaping team culture, optimising output, and continuously improving efficiency across the factory floor. This is more than a supervisory role. It’s an opportunity to rethink processes, integrate intelligent technologies, and make a real impact on performance, productivity, and people development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day factory operations to meet and exceed production targets
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
- Planning staffing levels, hiring team members, and managing shift capacity
- Monitoring daily output and flexing resources to meet demand
- Owning and driving factory KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Championing a positive, high-performance team culture
- Conducting regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
- Leading governance and accountability within your team
- Managing consumables ordering to ensure smooth operations
- Delivering training and supporting the ongoing development of your team
- Proactively identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Bringing a forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI and intelligent systems to enhance productivity and innovation
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C - including English and Math or equivalent
- 2+ years of people management experience
Desirable
- 2+ years experience within a Manufacturing environment
- Any manufacturing related qualifications
