The Role
We are looking for a skilled, experienced Welder Fabricator to join our workshop team. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of technical proficiency across varied projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabrication: Taking projects from raw material through to finished product.
- Welding: Primary focus on MIG welding (TIG or MMA/Stick experience is an advantage).
- Technical: Working accurately from engineering drawings and site measurements.
- Machinery: Safe operation of workshop plant and machinery.

- Essential Experience: A strong, proven background in structural and/or bespoke metal fabrication.
- Technical Ability: The skill to interpret and work from technical drawings independently.
- Workmanship: A high standard of welding and finishing; we take pride in clean, accurate work.
- Qualifications: Relevant formal qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds/NVQ) are welcomed, but equivalent "time-served" industry experience is equally valued.
- Reliability: A hard-working, professional attitude and a commitment to workshop safety.
