NOSY is seeking a Web Designer to join our team and help us build digital experiences that matter. We are looking for someone who can take a project from the initial scoping phase, through visual design, and bring it to life using low-code.
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
This is a hybrid role with flexible working options, including working from our Newport office. The exact working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Your Responsibilities
You will be the bridge between design and functionality for our client’s website projects. Your duties will include:
- Scoping & Strategy: Working with clients and our team to define site architecture, user journeys, and technical requirements.
- Visual Design: Creating wireframes and UI designs that align with client branding.
- Low-Code Build: Translating designs into fully functional websites, using WordPress and plug-ins such as Elementor.
- Maintenance & Optimisation: Managing website updates, plugin maintenance and ensuring sites remain fast, secure and relevant
- Client Communication: Presenting designs and training clients on how to use their new CMS.
- Collaboration: Working with our wider creative team on graphics and content integration.
