Experienced Support Workers- Supported Living 

Call On Me is a family run business who are looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team. The right individuals will need to be passionate to drive forward high standards of care & support.

Full Time & Part Time positions are available.

Fixed templated work patterns available.

Working locations, will be within the Shanklin and Sandown area

Desirable:

Experience of working with clients with learning disabilities, neurodivergent needs and mental health needs.

Full uk driving licence 

QCF/NVQ level 3 or working towards

Essential:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player.
• A good sense of humour, the ability to have fun and of most importance the skills to show versatility as no day is the same.
• The sensitivity required to provide a trusting and stimulating environment along with being passionate about supporting people.
• A genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
• An ability to lead, develop and enable your team by demonstrating knowledge and promoting effective teamwork.
• A positive and willing attitude to create and follow a personalised service for every individual that we support.
• Be willing to help with all aspects of the role which may include personal care.
• Minimum of 2 years exerperience working as a senior/ experienced support worker with young adults. 
• Commitment to personal development.
