Job Role and Responsibilities: 

• Making and packing orders for wholesale customers across the Isle of Wight.
• Sealing, labelling and packing sandwich products accurately and efficiently.
• Making high volumes of sandwiches, toasties, rolls, hot dogs and wraps according to their specification.
• Following instructions from the team leader.
• Working effectively within a team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a consistent speed and quality of work.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene when working.
• Keeping the work area clean at all times.
• Maintain flexibility for covering holiday and absences. 

• Is comfortable working on their feet 
• Enjoys a busy and active team environment
• Is organised and has an eye for detail 
• Is reliable and punctual
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude  

• £12.21 per hour
• 3-6 days a week (up to 6 days for holiday/sickness cover)
• 12 - 40 hours a week (up to 40 hours for holiday/sickness cover)
• Any day Sunday to Friday
• Shifts are variable and run between the hours of 11am and 11pm.
• (This role is 'job and finish' so sometimes the department may finish earlier or later, depending on the volume of orders on that particular day)
• Based at our Ryde Bakehouse 
  
  Contract Term: Successful candidates will join us on an initial Fixed Term Contract (November to February) with the possibility of progression onto a permanent contract.
  Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight 
  Contract Type: Flexible
