We are looking for a flexible and experienced Casual Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on an as-needed basis. About the Role:

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:

  • Support occupational health policies and practices.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to promote a healthy workplace.
  • Triage management referrals
  • Manage a caseload of occupational health assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace adjustments and health interventions.
  • Offer specialist guidance on medical matters and the Equality Act.
  • Maintain accurate health records 
  • Prepare professional reports.
  • Attend meetings to provide occupational health expertise.
  • Deliver health surveillance and immunisation programmes.
  • Contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.

About you:

  • Registered Nurse ideally with relevant occupational health qualifications.
  • Experience in occupational health case management and health surveillance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workloads.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
