We have a number of exciting opportunities for seasonal staff to join our catering team from May to October 2026. What You'll Do
As a member of our food and beverage team, whatever role you’re in, you will play a key part in creating an amazing experience for every visitor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: welcome visitors with a smile, answer questions, and ensure their time in the park is enjoyable.
- Safety First: monitor activities to ensure safety and provide guidance or support during any emergencies.
- Visitor Support: assist with outdoor activities and events, making every experience smooth and memorable.
- Positive Energy: be a beacon of positivity, helping to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Main Purpose of Role
To work in any outlet as directed, to provide great customer service and be proactive in ensuring that our customers have a positive, memorable and inspiring experience at our parks.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a high-quality service in whichever catering outlet of the park that you are requested to work in.
- Take direction for day to day tasks from the Outlet Supervisor.
- To be flexible and willing in responding to management requests.
- To be proactive in talking to customers, providing a warm and friendly service where nothing is too much trouble at all times.
- To retain an understanding of allergens to enable you to help customers make the best choice for their dietary requirements.
- To assist the team leader with prep and sandwich making and operating coffee machines
- Follow all Robin Hill policies, procedures and practices required to deliver safe food
- To keep your immediate work area clean and tidy including cleaning the catering outlet including washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
- To keep the outlet in an overall hygienic condition, including clearing tables and emptying bins in the immediate areas around the outlets.
- To champion Robin Hill throughout the business
