Now seeking talented people in these areas:
Housekeeping Professionals : You will demonstrate high quality hotel establishment housekeeping experience. We offer our guests a highly appointed accommodation experience and must deliver the highest standard of room presentation.
Senior Retail Associate: An important multi-skilled senior position in a customer facing proactive role. Our speciality retail experience is transforming to incorporate our Pinnacle Hotel reception and entry point to our new up market Pinnacle Fitness Studio as an integrated guest and shopping destination.
Cocktail Specialist / Bar Person / Barista roles : Demonstrated years of experience and engaging presence. Working a mixture of straight and split shifts, including weekends and up to 5 evenings per week dependent on low and peak seasons. If you are energetic, have a positive personality and are passionate about cocktails and being entertaining behind the bar, we would love you to join our like-minded team.
Kitchen Team, we offer light casual dining pizzas, smashed burgers, noodles, small plates and cafe servings across our three eating areas and hotel breakfasts. Please note, our focus on a simple menu done well may disappoint certain chef creative aspirations.

The position requires you to be flexible regarding days and hours availability within a 7 day per week trading environment.
The successful candidate will -

- Reliably attend work in accord with the designated rota plan.
- Provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience to customers.
- Maintain high standards in a clean and welcoming environment
- Be able to work unsupervised

Please note these are not entry level positions.
Desirable:
· 3 years minimum relevant experience in the chosen position application.
· Flexibility. Working upto 38-40hours Monday to Sunday. Able to work different shifts (weekends, morning and/or evening) and able to assist with longer hours if needed.
Please note we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
