The HOLT Isle of Wight CIC is looking for part-time staff who are enthusiastic about supporting young people and adults with additional needs and learning disabilities. This role will be supporting individuals in the community and/or at home primarily, although there may be the opportunity to work in the Centre also. The ability to drive is desirable.
We offer good rates of pay, extensive training, and a supportive environment in which to work.
We follow safer recruitment practice as safeguarding our young people is paramount, and all applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks with disclosure if successful.
