Join the team behind some of the world’s most prestigious offshore yacht races. The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) is a globally respected authority in offshore yacht racing, organising an international calendar of events that forms the world’s largest offshore racing series. This includes the Fastnet Race, one of the most famous offshore races in the world.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Racing Administrator to support the planning and delivery of RORC’s racing programme in the UK and internationally. Working closely with the Race Manager and Racing Team, you will help coordinate races and regattas, support competitors, manage race administration, and assist in the safe and professional delivery of world-class sailing events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sailing and event management to play a key role in delivering internationally recognised competitions. The role involves hands-on event support, stakeholder engagement with sailors, volunteers and sponsors, and the opportunity to travel to major sailing events.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sailing.
If you’re passionate about sailing and want to be part of the team behind some of the sport’s most iconic races, we’d love to hear from you.
